What is a "digital proof"?

A digital proof is a way of ensuring that we have designed your job accurately and that everything is positioned according to your requirements. Typically, we will produce a proof which will be sent to you online. Your approval on the final proof is assurance that you have looked over every aspect of our work and approve it as accurate. It benefits everyone if errors are caught in the proofing process rather than after the job is completed and delivered. WE WILL NOT PRINT YOUR SHIRTS UNTIL YOU HAVE APPROVED YOUR PROOF

Do you offer metallic or glitter ink?

Yes. Add $0.25 per shirt

How do I send you my artwork?

If the artwork is under 5mb, email. If file is larger than 5mbs, send using www.sendspace.com (free file uploading tool)

What is the maximum print size?

13 wide by 16 inches high 

Does white count as a color on a white shirt? Or black ink on a black shirt?

No

Can you do an all over print?

What If I have different sized artwork?

If you are considering doing very small sizes for kids and adults or a different sized design for womens shirts then it would be priced as two separate jobs. If not, your artwork can only be as large as it can fit on the smallest shirt in your order.

Can you help me create artwork?

Yes! Our talented team of designers can create original artwork or recreate existing tee shirts and other custom merchandise designs to suit your job for free

Does your ink department offer custom color matching and / or PMS color matching?

Yes. We will do our best

What is your artwork requirement?

Simply, we will do our best to work with any artwork you have, we prefer that you send the artwork in a vector format (most of the time the graphic artist who designed your art or logo sent you the vector format), usually the file extension is eps or ai but if you don’t have this available just send whatever format you have. We will make the artwork changes for free.

What is your preferred artwork file type?

Adobe Illustrator, Adobe pdf, Adobe EPS. Please be sure to save all typeset characters as outlines (Illustrator). Or send fonts.

How many colors can you print?

As many as you like

Can you print pictures?

Yes. Artwork fees may apply. Send artwork for quote

If I reorder, do you keep my artwork or screens?

We keep your artwork on file indefinitely. However, we do not keep screens as we remake the screens for every order

How long does shipping take?

We ship via UPS ground. Delivery time varies according to state and zip code. 2-5 days is average. Upon request we also ship UPS Next-Day, Second-Day-Air and & 3 Day-Air.  (RUSH FEES WILL APPLY)

Can you print on the sleeve?

Yes, we can do sleeve prints.

Do you do customized Team uniforms?

Yes. Please add $5 for custom names on the back. Add $5 for numbers

Can you send me a sample shirt?

Do you do DTG printing?

Yes. Enquire for details.

Can I do more than one type of shirt or color with the same design?

Yes. You can as long as the location stays the same and the design stays the same size.

Can I add different designs to the same order?

No. Each design makes up a separate order.

Can I print on various shirt colors?

As long as the same ink color can be used on all tee shirts, there should be no problem.

Can I get just one shirt, or hat, etc., custom made?

NO! - We do not print just one item. We deal in large quantities only. Minimum order is 12 pieces. The more you order the more you save.

Do you offer "youth" sizes?

Yes. We offer youth small (6-8), youth medium (10-12), and youth large (14-16). $0.25 each extra

Do you offer 2X, 3X, 4X, etc. size shirts?

Yes. We offer up to 6X on some of the garments that we offer. However, not all colors are available in these size shirts. Call or e-mail for availability. Extra $2 per shirt.

What is your minimum order?

Can we mix and match sizing or styles?

Yes. As long as the logo does not change, you can choose any arrangement of sizes, and even different shirts, styles and colours.

Can I supply my own shirts and you just do the printing?

No...unless you order more than 500. Please enquire about a special quote for just printing. We get the lowest pricing on blank shirts in the country. There is no need to supply your own.

What quality can I expect from my printed T-shirt?

We only use clothing made from the trusted brand, Gildan(the largest tshirt company in the world), guaranteeing the highest quality in terms of durablity and washibilty.

Will my shirts shrink?

All t-shirts are preshrunk, however, all t-shirts will shrink slightly in the first wash. Length will lose about 1", and width will lose about ½". Wash according to the manufacturer's recommendation on the neck tag.

Are your T-Shirts screen printed or are they iron-on transfers?

We screenprint ALL t-shirts

Will the printing fade on my shirts after a few washings?

No. The printed image on screen printed t-shirts is very durable and will hold up for a long time

How do you come up with a price for your shirts?

Custom Screen-printed garment prices are based on total quantity, the color and type of garment, how many colors in your design(s) and how many locations you print.

Do you offer a non-profit discount?

No

How much do I pay in taxes?

Our prices include all taxes.

Do you have set-up charges?

There is NO set-up charge for screen-printing

When you quote prices do you include all the hidden charges?

We'll never charge you more than we quote. All setup charges are included in our quotes.

How much more are colored shirts than white?

Approximately $1 more

How can I choose to pay for my order?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover) and Paypal.

What is the least expensive shirt?

The least expensive t-shirt would be a white shirt with a 1-color design.

Refund Policy

What if I don’t like my T-shirt once I get it?

If we make a mistake, we will send you a replacement or refund your money. If you make a mistake with your order, call us and we will see what we can reasonably do to help you get the shirt you want.

What if my shirts come out looking really bad?

We guarantee all of our work. We work hard to make sure every job we do is the best it can be. We take every precaution to make sure your job comes out right. If we make a mistake, we always reprint or fix the mistake.

Payment

Is it safe to pay by credit card online?

We use high grade 128 bit encryption for processing orders and store credit card information using industry standard 1024-bit encryption to protect your privacy. We also allow you to provide your credit card number via phone after you've placed an online order if you prefer to not give out your card number over the internet.

How/When do I pay?

We require 100% down before your order is placed. We do not however print ANYTHING without your approval, so you get to check over everything before its processed.
